5 recipes to make your life easier! These are five of my go-to recipes I cook in the kitchen when I lack time or motivation. I’m not a cooking queen, I can save myself in the kitchen and only use simple ingredients. You will never see fresh spices or herbs because they are more expensive and I would use them once every 6 months. All these recipes are for 4 portions, I like to cook for me and my boyfriend and also for 2 days. It saves time and money! So put on those aprons and let’s get started in that lovely kitchen of yours!
I made this one today! And let me tell you, I’m in love! This Chicken teriyaki recipe is very tasty and only takes 15 minutes to put together. Nope, I don’t make the teriyaki sauce myself. For someone that doesn’t cook that often it is expensive to buy all individual ingredients and there will be a lot of them that I would have to throw away after a while. So yes, mine is out of a can.
Ingredients
→ Cut the chicken breasts and season with pepper, salt & chicken spices.
→ Rub the teriyaki sauce in the chicken.
→ Heat a pan with some olive oil and start baking the chicken.
→ Cut the paprika into small blocks and add to the pan.
→ Boil some water.
→ Cook the rice.
→ Add the rice to the pan with the veggies & chicken.
Bon appetite! Congrats it took you 15 minutes to cook this dish!
This is one of my favorite recipes. Now and then I just really crave some salmon, unfortunately, it is so expensive. That’s why I always take frozen salmon from the grocery store. It is less expensive and just as easy to make. This recipe does include an air fryer but you can also use the oven if you would like.
Ingredients
I can’t get enough of this one. I have been making it since the day I started my corri_fit profile on Instagram. It is easy and you can also take it for lunch. This dish is one of the cheapest you could make. It may look like I only eat paprika but that’s what’s always in my freezer that I can pull out at any time.
Ingredients
→ Bake the meat in some olive oil and season with pepper & salt.
→ Add the paprika to the pan until cooked.
→ Heat up your wraps for 30 seconds.
Yes, you’ve read that right. This is it, that’s how easy a meal can be.
It doesn’t sound like a meal but once you’ve tasted this baby you will eat a couple of plates of this one. Especially in the wintertime, it is so nice to come home to a nice hot cup of soup to hold and keep you warm. But more importantly: you can make a huge badge of it and put it in your freezer. Again a time and money-saving tip for you guys!
Ingredients
→ Cut the zucchini and onions into large pieces.
→ Throw in a pot with a little bit of olive oil.
→ Add 1.5L of water together with the bouillon cubes.
→ Let cook for at least 30 minutes.
→ Mix it until it looks liquid.
It takes longer for it to be ready but you will just have it sitting on the stove while you do other things.
Sometimes you do want different veggies and potatoes and so much more. Let me tell you that your oven is your best friend in that case. We are just going to throw this all in the oven and then just wait until it is done.
Ingredients
→ Cut everything evenly (more or less).
→ Add potatoes in the oven 10 minutes longer than the veggies.
→ Season everything with pepper and salt.
→ After a total of 30 minutes you should be all set.
→ I always eat a steak with my grilled veggies.
Hopefully, that has helped you guys out with all you need! If you have any questions don’t be afraid to message me on social media!
