Easy goal setting spreadsheet for 2023 is right here for you. It is a simple step by step process to achieve your goals in the new year. Why an excel sheet? Writing down your goals and actually checking them off helps to keep you accountable. And as people say often, if you tell your goals to others it will help you to achieve them. That’s why I decided to share my own goal setting list from start to finish. You can officially see my goals and my process.
I am very aware of the fact that I might not be able to achieve every goal in 2023 but I’m looking for progress and the ‘yes’ on the question: ‘Did I do everything in my power to try and achieve my goals?’. And so should you! Progress is good, you can’t do it all.
First you are going to pick out the goals you would like to achieve and try to make them SMART. It will help you define your goals and be more to the point.
In my spreadsheet you’ll see 12 goals, this might be too much or too little. You can add some if you would like. Personally I only added 9 goals throughout the year. They are big challenges and I think this is more than enough for me. But it is all up to you!
How will you achieve all these goals in your spreadsheet? Every goal will need around 5 to do’s, this can be daily, weekly, monthly or even just once. But you have to write down the actions you will do in order to reach your goals. You might not always have 5 tasks per goal and that is fine. This goal setting spreadsheet is a guide, not a must follow.
Think about what is necessary in order to make it work. From making a weekly schedule to reading books. Yes, self improvement is an important goal.
This part of the excel sheet might get you a little dizzy. But every week you will track your step 2. Why? This is the part that actually keeps you accountable and makes you work for it. The more colored the closer you will get to your goal.
So are you ready to take on 2023 and reach those goals?
